Role & Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
•Develop concept notes, pitch decks and proposals for proactive outreach to potential clients.
•Prepare technical and financial proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs for reactive business opportunities.
•Generate new leads and cultivate client relationships across the private sector, investors, donors, corporates, startups, and other key stakeholders.
•Lead in achieving BD and growth targets of the Innovation Hub
Project Management
•Support project design, planning, and execution for timely and quality delivery of projects
•Ensure high-quality output aligned with client expectations and contractual obligations.
•Lead delivery of project goals and milestones; provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
•Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
•Lead in achieving revenue targets of the Innovation Hub
Product Development
•Lead in the development of training modules, courses, and other products relevant to the Innovation Hub
Knowledge Management
•Contribute to Innovation Hub’s knowledge initiatives through Events, Publications, and sector engagement.
•Conduct research, analyse insights, and support the dissemination of Tarutium’s knowledge outputs.
Qualifications and Skill Sets
•8-12 years’ experience in entrepreneurial ecosystems, such as working with start-ups, incubators, accelerators, business support services, etc.
•Proficient in developing business plans, conducting market research and data analysis, and crafting go-to-market (GTM) strategies
•Postgraduate in Economics/Finance/Entrepreneurship and/or MBA is a must!
•Strong execution skills with sharp decision-making, comfort with ambiguity, and a rapid "learn-and-implement" mindset; highly action- and outcomes-oriented.
•Excellent command of written and spoken English; confident public speaker when required.
•Superior writing and presentation skills; adept with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools.
•Resilient under pressure; able to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage risks effectively.
•Adaptive work style is aligned with organisational culture and leadership expectations.
