FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:
Liderar la orientación estratégica y el seguimiento integral de las intervenciones en Sistemas Alimentarios Sostenibles, articulando los niveles técnico, programático y territorial para garantizar coherencia, calidad e impacto, así como el uso eficaz de herramientas corporativas, el cumplimiento de resultados estratégicos y la entrega oportuna de productos clave.
El/la titular del puesto será responsable de consolidar y traducir evidencia técnica, territorial y comunitaria en insumos estratégicos que fortalezcan la toma de decisiones, el aprendizaje institucional y la rendición de cuentas ante donantes y contrapartes. Asimismo, impulsará el fortalecimiento de capacidades locales e institucionales y la sostenibilidad de los medios de vida, con énfasis en resiliencia de los sistemas alimentarios, gestión de riesgos y adaptación a contextos de alta variabilidad y presión ambiental.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
· Liderar y coordinar un equipo técnico para asegurar la implementación efectiva y de calidad de las intervenciones en Sistemas Alimentarios Sostenibles, monitoreando avances, riesgos y resultados, y acompañando estratégicamente a socios cooperantes.
· Supervisar la gestión, sistematización y uso de información programática, técnica y territorial, garantizando evidencia sólida para reportes, rendición de cuentas y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
· Brindar liderazgo técnico y programático en el fortalecimiento de capacidades, asistencia técnica y seguimiento de Activos Productivos, asegurando su contribución a la resiliencia y sostenibilidad de los medios de vida.
· Coordinar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de las actividades financiadas por el Fondo de Adaptación, en cumplimiento con el plan aprobado, los lineamientos del donante y los estándares del PMA.
· Liderar la articulación operativa e interinstitucional con entidades gubernamentales y otros actores clave, promoviendo una implementación territorial coherente y alineada a los objetivos del proyecto.
· Consolidar reportes estratégicos, lecciones aprendidas y buenas prácticas, y garantizar la adecuada organización de la documentación técnica, financiera y operativa para procesos de revisión y auditoría.
- Desempeñar otras funciones y responsabilidades afines que le sean asignadas, de acuerdo con las necesidades del programa y de la Unidad de Programas.
EXPERIENCIA PARA DESEMPEÑAR ESTA FUNCIÓN:
- Mínimo 7 años de experiencia demostrable en actividades de recuperación temprana, resiliencia, gestión de riesgos climáticos.
- Ejecución y análisis de presupuestos y generación de reportes.
CUALIFICACIONES ACADÉMICAS ESTÁNDAR MÍNIMAS:
Formación: Título universitario en Agronomía, Economía, Desarrollo Rural, Sistemas Alimentarios, Relaciones Internacionales, Políticas Públicas u otro campo afín.
Idiomas: Dominio completo del español y conocimientos básicos del idioma inglés.
