About Ektimisi:
Ektimisi is a MENA-based research and development consulting firm supporting donors, NGOs/civil society organizations, research bodies, and academic centers. We work across the Middle East and Eastern Europe through field teams and local partners, delivering Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), evaluations, research, capacity building, and economic empowerment services.
We are expanding our pool of technical and sectoral experts to support upcoming proposals and project assignments.
Background and JD Brief:
This call aims to strengthen Ektimisi Pool of Experts, a roster of qualified multi-sectoral consultants who may be engaged in short-term assignments supporting research, evaluations, third-party monitoring, capacity-building, and technical advisory work across humanitarian, development, governance, and resilience sectors. Experts may contribute to tool design, data analysis, technical interpretation of findings, report drafting, stakeholder engagement, and guidance to field teams. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a brief cooperation call to confirm technical fit, availability, and mutual expectations prior to inclusion in proposals or assignment mobilization.
Engagements under Ektimisi Pool of Experts are short-term, assignment-based remote consultancies and do not constitute full-time employment with Ektimisi. Selected experts will be contacted for specific opportunities based on technical relevance to the assignment, demonstrated sector experience, availability within required timelines, and competitiveness of the proposed daily rate. Selected experts are expected to maintain professional communication, respect agreed timelines, and remain available throughout the full duration of any assignment they accept.
