Fregate Island is a private island in the Seychelles, home to an exclusive luxury resort and a

dedicated Conservation & Sustainability Department operating alongside the island’s hospitality operations. This role supports the administrative, operational and reporting functions of the department, combining structured administration, data management and sustainability project coordination within a unique island environment.

You will support the coordination and

administration of conservation and

sustainability initiatives across the island. Your role will include maintaining organised project files and tracking systems, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and procurement processes, and managing sustainability data such as waste, energy and conservation monitoring. You will assist with KPI reporting, project coordination, compliance documentation and cross-department collaboration. Occasional support for fieldwork and sustainability activities may be required.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in administrative, coordination or reporting roles
Highly organised, analytical and detailoriented
Good communication skills and strong team ethic
Fluent written and spoken English

Additional languages are an advantage
