Support is provided to ensure that CCAC knowledge, technical outputs, and project results are well organized, structured, and accessible, and effectively communicated through the CCAC website and digital platforms. CCAC outputs, tools, analysis, and project results are translated into accessible outward-facing content including web pages, knowledge products, case studies, multimedia products, newsletters, and social media content. The CCAC website is regularly updated and structured in a user-friendly manner, ensuring that content is easy to find and navigate. CCAC knowledge and information resources are organized and managed to support communications, outreach, and knowledge dissemination.

Duties and Responsibilities
The UNEP-convened Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC) is a partnership of governments, intergovernmental organizations, and representatives of the private sector, the environmental community, and other members of civil society. The CCAC is the only international initiative working on integrated climate and clean air solutions to reduce the rate of near-term warming. It focuses on fast action to reduce emissions of short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs) including methane, black carbon, HFCs and tropospheric ozone. More information about the Global Methane Pledge is here: www.globalmethanepledge.org The CCAC produces a large volume of technical, scientific, and programmatic outputs, including reports, tools, guidance documents, project outputs, and results data. To strengthen the accessibility, visibility, and dissemination of these outputs, the CCAC Secretariat seeks a consultant to support knowledge management and digital communications, with a strong focus on organizing, structuring, and packaging CCAC knowledge and outputs for external audiences. The consultant will work closely with technical teams to understand CCAC reports, tools, project outputs, and results, and transform this content into accessible and well-structured formats for external audiences, and to keep a repository of outputs internally. This includes effective knowledge management, production of web content, impact stories, results stories, briefs, explainers, multimedia products, newsletters, and social media content. A major component of this role is improving the structure, organization, and usability of the CCAC website, ensuring that content is logically organized, properly categorized, and easy to find and navigate. The consultant will also support Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and results-based communications by packaging project results, impacts, and data into clear and accessible communications and knowledge products. The ultimate objective of this consultancy is to strengthen the organization, accessibility, and visibility of CCAC knowledge, outputs, and results, and ensure that all substantive content produced by CCAC is effectively structured, packaged, and communicated for external audiences through digital platforms. Specific tasks include: 1. Support knowledge management and organization of CCAC publications, tools, reports, and project outputs. 2. Support website content management and improve website content structure and organization. 3. Support packaging of technical content and project results into knowledge products and communications materials. 4. Support Monitoring & Evaluation and results-based communications. 5. Support development of digital content including stories, briefs, explainers, multimedia products, newsletters, and social media content. Output expectations, under the supervision of and in collaboration with technical teams: 1. Enhance knowledge management system 2. Delivery of comprehensive monthly digital content and knowledge products. 3. Regular updates and organization of website content. 4. Knowledge products based on CCAC reports, tools, and project outputs developed. 5. Results and impact information into communications products packaged for easy consumption. 6. High-quality digital content including web stories, social media cards, short videos, infographics, and multimedia products created. 7. Monthly newsletters developed and disseminated. 8. CCAC digital content and knowledge resources organized and maintained. 9. Monthly reports on website and social media analytics prepared.
Qualifications/special skills
- First-level university degree in communications, digital communications, knowledge management, information management, business administration, data analysis, international affairs, social sciences, environmental studies, or a related field is required. - A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in knowledge management, communications, digital content development, information management, business analysis, monitoring and evaluation, or related area is required. - Proven experience in structuring and synthesizing complex information, reports, or data into clear and accessible formats is required. - Proven experience in developing knowledge products or structured content such as reports, briefs, dashboards, presentations, case studies, stories, explainers, or multimedia products is required. - Experience in website content management and content organization is required. - Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, results-based management, KPI tracking, data analysis, or performance reporting is desirable. - Experience in translating technical, analytical, or scientific information into accessible content for external audiences is desirable. - Experience in digital content creation, including visual content, social media content, or multimedia content is desirable. - Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar) is desirable. - Experience in analytics and performance tracking (website, social media, or data dashboards) is desirable.
Languages
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of an additional UN language is an asset.
