RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva)

1. Proporcionar asistencia en las consultas generales sobre recursos humanos y las medidas de seguimiento correspondientes, para garantizar que se presten a los clientes servicios de recursos humanos coherentes y de alta calidad.

2. Proporcionar orientación y capacitación en el empleo a otros miembros del personal, para apoyar su desarrollo y aumentar el conocimiento de los sistemas y procedimientos en materia de recursos humanos necesarios para el desempeño de sus funciones.

3. Actuar de enlace con otras dependencias internas u oficinas en los asuntos relacionados con los recursos humanos (como la nómina, los contratos, organigrama etc.), y facilitar la información necesaria para que los servicios de recursos humanos puedan prestarse oportunamente.

4. Extraer y compilar datos de recursos humanos acerca de la contratación y selección de personal, las condiciones contractuales, los derechos, el desempeño y los requisitos de formación, para apoyar las necesidades de análisis y presentación de informes.

5. Prestar apoyo administrativo en diversas actividades de recursos humanos en las esferas de actividad asignadas por el funcionario del cuadro orgánico, incluida la acogida de nuevos miembros del personal de conformidad con los procesos y procedimientos pertinentes.

6. Mantener expedientes del personal confidenciales, bases de datos de recursos humanos y archivos, para garantizar que los datos y los ficheros se almacenen con precisión y se actualicen de conformidad con las normas establecidas.

7. Elaborar los diversos documentos de recursos humanos que se necesiten en la esfera de actividad específica (por ejemplo, contratos de trabajo, cartas de traslado, documentos relacionados con la capacitación, etc.), garantizando la exactitud y respetando los plazos establecidos.

8. Utilizar los sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos para introducir y actualizar una amplia gama de datos, y prestar asistencia en el seguimiento de los diversos plazos (p. ej., vencimiento de contratos, PACE, actualización de organigrama, etc.), garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos y la precisión de los datos.

9. Apoyar el despliegue del personal y las medidas administrativas conexas, incluida la preparación de informes básicos (dashboards), para facilitar un servicio de recursos humanos eficiente que permita al PMA responder rápidamente a una crisis.

10. Otros según sea requerido.

CUALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS:

Educación: Finalización del ciclo de educación secundaria. Se valorará muy positivamente título de Grado en una de las siguientes carreras: Administración de Personal, Relaciones Industriales/Laborales, Psicología u otro campo relevante.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia laboral post secundaria en el área de RRHH en el sector público o privado. Deseable, 1 año en el sector humanitario/desarrollo.
  • Experiencia en administración de nóminas, gestión contractual, actualización de expedientes y organigramas, así como elaboración de dashboards.
  • Ha proporcionado orientación ad hoc a los miembros del personal menos experimentados.
  • Ha organizado sesiones informativas para las nuevas personas contratadas en el marco del proceso de incorporación.
  • Experiencia en bienestar de personal y desarrollo organizacional
  • Tiene experiencia en salud y seguridad ocupacional, ha desarrollado y/o implementado planes en este tema.
  • Experiencia en manejo de indicadores de gestión.

Idiomas: Dominio Avanzado, hablado y escrito, del español. Se valorará dominio intermedio del

inglés.
