The officer will conduct procurement processes in alignment with NRC Logistics Handbook and Ukrainian standards, while maintaining transparency and cost-efficiency. Additional duties may be assigned by the Line Manager.

1. Assistwiththeimplementationofthelogisticfunction’s(Procurement)portfolioaccordingto the Plan of Action.
2. PrepareanddevelopstatusreportsasrequiredbyProcurementCoordinatorandProcurement manager if and when required.
3. Ensureproperprocurementfilingofallsupportdocuments.
4. PromoteandshareideasforimprovementoftheProcurementunite ofNRC.
5. Beanti-corruption,transparent,andcost-efficiencyfocusedonallprocurement processes.
6. ConductprocurementprocessalignwithonNRCLogisticsHandbookandUkrainianProcurement Standards Operating Procedures and NRC regulations.
7. Prepareprocurement documentsinlinewithNRCprocurementprocedures.
8. Performotherduties,asassignedbytheLineManager.
