RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (LISTA INDICATIVA Y NO EXHAUSTIVA):
Bajo la supervisión directa del Jefe de Oficina, en su rol como Jefe de la Unidad de Monitoreo & Evaluación, tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:
Coordinar la planificación, implementación y seguimiento de las actividades y planes de Monitoreo y Evaluación, vinculados al CSP y demás intervenciones de la Oficina de País.
Gestionar la recopilación, validación, consolidación y análisis de información cualitativa y cuantitativa para el seguimiento de resultados, indicadores, compromisos corporativos y requerimientos de reporte.
Asegurar la calidad, consistencia e integridad de los datos, herramientas de recolección de información y productos analíticos desarrollados por la unidad.
Brindar orientación técnica a las unidades programáticas, oficinas de terreno, socios cooperantes y otras partes interesadas en temas relacionados con monitoreo, evaluación, rendición de cuentas y gestión de información.
Coordinar el desarrollo, adaptación e implementación de metodologías, instrumentos, procesos y sistemas de monitoreo, evaluación y gestión de información de acuerdo con los estándares del PMA.
Generar análisis, evidencia y productos de información para apoyar la toma de decisiones operativas y estratégicas de la Oficina de País.
Coordinar con las distintas unidades del PMA, entidades gubernamentales, organismos de Naciones Unidas, socios implementadores y otros actores relevantes para asegurar la adecuada ejecución de las actividades relacionadas con M&E.
Liderar y participar en misiones de monitoreo, ejercicios de recolección de información, evaluaciones, verificaciones, análisis geoespaciales y otras actividades de seguimiento en terreno.
Dar seguimiento a la implementación de recomendaciones, planes de acción y medidas de mejora derivadas de ejercicios de monitoreo, evaluaciones, revisiones y auditorías.
Representar a la unidad en reuniones, grupos de trabajo, talleres, misiones y otros espacios de coordinación interna y externa cuando sea requerido.
Elaborar informes periódicos sobre avances, hallazgos, desafíos y recomendaciones vinculados a la implementación de las actividades de M&E.
Liderar el equipo de Monitoreo & Evaluación.
Desempeñar otras funciones relacionadas con la posición que le sean asignadas.
