OBJETIVO DEL CARGO:
Brindar soporte técnico especializado y programático a contrapartes y al equipo interno de otras unidades del PMA Bolivia para la planificación, gestión, implementación, seguimiento e incidencia de intervenciones de nutrición, asegurando calidad técnica, articulación institucional, enfoque de resultados, cumplimiento de estándares del PMA y alineación con las prioridades nacionales y territoriales.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (LISTA INDICATIVA Y NO EXHAUSTIVA):

Contribuir al diseño, planificación y gestión técnica de las intervenciones de nutrición del PMA, asegurando su alineación con las prioridades institucionales y nacionales, la integración de componentes técnicos, operativos y de monitoreo, y una adecuada orientación a resultados. Brindar asistencia técnica y acompañamiento a proyectos o líneas de intervención de nutrición (alimentación escolar, fortificación de alimentos, nutrición materno infantil) y su transversalización en emergencias, resiliencia y cambio climático, entre otras líneas programáticas que la oficina requiera. Realizar análisis de contexto, identificación de necesidades y revisión de evidencia para sustentar el diseño y priorización de intervenciones en nutrición. Asegurar la implementación de actividades de nutrición y su transversalización en los programas del PMA, en coordinación con instituciones públicas, socios implementadores y equipos territoriales. Contribuir al posicionamiento técnico del PMA y al fortalecimiento de políticas, programas y alianzas estratégicas en nutrición mediante acciones de incidencia, generación de evidencia y articulación interinstitucional. Facilitar la coordinación con entidades gubernamentales, cooperación internacional, academia, sociedad civil y otros actores relevantes. Identificar oportunidades para la institucionalización, sostenibilidad y escalamiento de las intervenciones. Contribuir al monitoreo, evaluación, sistematización y aprendizaje de las intervenciones de nutrición, proporcionando información oportuna para la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua. Apoyar la elaboración de reportes técnicos, productos de conocimiento y documentación de buenas prácticas Realizar otras funciones afines requeridas por la supervisión, de acuerdo con las necesidades del PMA Bolivia y el ámbito de sus competencias.

Nacionalidad Boliviana o extranjero/a con permiso de trabajo vigente al momento de la postulación.

FORMACIÓN:

  • Profesional de la carrera de Nutrición, salud pública, ingeniería de alimentos u otras áreas afines.

Deseable estudios de postgrado o especialización en salud pública, nutrición comunitaria, gestión de programas sociales, seguridad alimentaria, políticas públicas (deseable).

EXPERIENCIA:

  • Experiencia profesional de 5 años en programas o proyectos de nutrición, salud pública, seguridad alimentaria, protección social o desarrollo.
  • Experiencia específica en planificación, gestión, implementación, seguimiento o evaluación de intervenciones nutricionales;
  • Deseable experiencia de trabajo con la gestión pública.
  • Experiencia en incidencia y abogacía; articulación interinstitucional; fortalecimiento de capacidades; y trabajo con población vulnerable.

CONOCIMIENTOS/HABILIDADES:

  • Conocimiento en nutrición y seguridad alimentaria, salud pública, diseño e implementación de intervenciones, análisis de información.
  • Conocimiento del marco normativo nacional de nutrición y salud pública boliviana,
  • Conocimiento de los enfoques de género e interculturalidad.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas y de análisis de datos.

IDIOMAS:

  • Excelente dominio del español oral y escrito es requerido. Deseable nivel intermedio de inglés.
