The WASH/Shelter Team Leader is responsible for leading the qualitative implementation of NRC’s Shelter and WASH programme in targeted displacement sites. The role provides advanced technical guidance on WASH/Shelter programming and ensures effective planning, management, and supervision of the team, in line with NRC’s operational and technical priorities. At the field level, the Team Leader oversees and monitors Shelter and WASH activities, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, humanitarian standards are upheld, and NRC’s accountability and protection principles are consistently applied. As technical lead, the Team Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping programme direction, bridging community needs with organizational and donor requirements, and reinforcing NRC’s responsiveness, programme quality, and coordination across displacement sites in northern Yemen.
