Deliverables include five H-VAAs, five policy briefs, adaptation planning support and regional public goods.The consultant is one of two regional consultants forming the technical core of the unit. National consultants embedded in each priority country deliver in-country, supported by remote-sensing inputs where access is constrained.Work to be performedOutput 1: Health vulnerability and adaptation assessments delivered for the critical-three countries- Deliverable 1.1: Adapted H-VAA methodology, tools and remote-sensing protocol for fragile and access-constrained settings, by December 2026. - Deliverable 1.2: Technical review and quality assurance of the national H-VAA data collection and analysis for Somalia, Yemen, Afghanistan and Sudan, including methodological guidance to the country teams, throughout the assignment. - Deliverable 1.3: Draft H-VAA reports for the critical-three countries taken to technical review stage, and technical review of the Sudan national-led draft, by March 2027. Final reports fall under any follow-on contract.
