Overview of position

CTG Client relies on multiple ICT platforms and integrated digital systems to support business operations, communication, service delivery, data management, and decision-making. To ensure its client optimal performance, security, innovation, and continuous improvement of ICT services, CTG seeks ICT Systems Integration Support personnel with strong expertise in enterprise systems support, application development, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

 Role objectives

Responsibilities

Within delegated authority, the personnel will be responsible for the following duties: 

Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web, mobile, and desktop applications using Microsoft SharePoint online, InfoPath and the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

Develop APIs and integration services between enterprise systems.

Support database design, administration, and optimization.

Implement workflow automation and business process digitization solutions.

Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization applications.

Conduct application testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.

Ensure compliance with software development standards and best practices.

Administer SharePoint online and Power BI by managing permissions on sites, lists, libraries, and reports.

Prepare, maintain user guides and training material of all automated solutions.

Provide trainings on all deployed UN systems.

Ensure that the requested solutions are automated as per the requirements gathered and deployed within deadline.

Ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of data. Identify opportunities for AI-enabled business improvements.

Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including:

Intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants.

Document processing and information extraction systems.

Predictive analytics solutions.

Knowledge management systems.

AI-assisted decision-support tools.

Develop machine learning models to improve operational efficiency.

Support Generative AI initiatives using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or equivalent technologies.

Implement Responsible AI principles, governance controls, and ethical AI practices.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Train staff on AI tools and digital transformation solutions.

Develop user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.

Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.

Support change management initiatives for new systems and technologies.

Promote adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions.

Perform any other tasks requested by the supervisor.

 Key competencies

Work experience:

Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in ICT systems support and administration.

Demonstrated experience in software/application development.

Experience with systems integration, APIs, and database management.

Experience implementing AI or machine learning solutions.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Experience supporting enterprise applications and collaboration platforms.
