Bodhi Global Analysis

Bodhi Global Analysis is an international development research firm specialising in research and evaluation in fragile and conflict-affected states. Founded in London in 2017, we now operate from offices in London, Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, and Singapore, with a team of around 30 staff and a network of national consultants in more than 100 countries.

We conduct conflict analyses, political economy assessments, gender and inclusion studies, and programme evaluations across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Our evaluation portfolio spans baseline, midline, endline, and final evaluations using mixed-methods designs that combine quantitative surveys with qualitative fieldwork, including key informant interviews and focus group discussions. We also deliver capacity-building workshops on monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL), gender-sensitive research, and conflict sensitivity.

Our clients include UN agencies (UNICEF, OCHA, UN Women, WFP, IFAD, UNEP, UNFPA, UNOPS, IOM), bilateral donors (the German Federal Foreign Office, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs), and international NGOs (CARE, Oxfam, Save the Children, Danish Refugee Council, Mercy Corps, Search for Common Ground, Plan International, GIZ). We hold long-term framework agreements with many of these organisations, including UNICEF’s Long-Term Arrangement for Services (LTAS), the UN Secretariat for evaluation services, and the Council of Europe.

Bodhi is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certified, providing external validation of our quality management and information security systems. We are a signatory to the Women’s Empowerment Principles and a women-owned enterprise with 50% female ownership and managerial control. Our commitment to feminist and participatory research principles is embedded across our work, and we actively invest in building the capacity of female researchers and enumerators in the regions where we operate.

We operate as a remote-first organisation with periodic field deployments for data collection. We offer flexible working arrangements, structured career development pathways, and the opportunity to work on high-profile research and evaluation assignments for leading international organisations.
