You can easily upload your CV, which will automatically import your information into your profile. Please note that the organizers will have access to view your profile and CV.

Prepare Questions You Might Want to Ask

During the live presentations, you can ask general questions in the chat. After the presentation, you are encouraged to visit the virtual booths to learn more about open opportunities, and interact with HR representatives in a one-on-one chat.

Prepare for One-on-One Chats

This is your chance to ask about what matters most to you—career growth, company culture, relocation, or question you may have in relation to hardship posts. The Impactpool team recommends preparing by reviewing available positions and highlighting why you believe you’re a great fit for the company or a specific role. Remember, this is not a formal interview but an opportunity to create a meaningful, two-way conversation!

To request a one-on-one chat, click the green button in the booth. You will be automatically connected when a representative is available. Feel free to request chats with multiple organizations; you’ll be connected when someone is available. Read more here on how to attend a virtual career fair as a participant.
