OBJECTIF DU TRAVAIL
Sous la supervision du coordonnateur des données et la supervision du chef de TEC de manière générale, Business Support Assistant – analyste de données soutiendra la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route data et contribuera à la fourniture efficace des services de données et d'assistance numérique (DAS) dans le bureau de pays.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES:
1. Servir de point focal de l'unité TEC pour les rapprochements des transferts monétaires (CBT) auprès de l'équipe de réconciliation et représenter l'équipe data lors des réunions de rapprochement.
2. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le coordonnateur des données pour effectuer des mappages de données et des analyses de données significatives afin d'éclairer les décisions du bureau pays.
3. Diriger la création de rapports et de tableaux de bord pour que d'autres unités du bureau de pays puissent les utiliser.
4. Adoptez Tableau comme solution de business intelligence et de visualisation de données et suivez le parcours de formation Tableau Analyst.
5. Fournir un soutien ponctuel à l'analyse des données, selon les besoins.
6. Effectuer une exploration ad hoc des données pour mettre en évidence les problèmes et les opportunités d'amélioration des composants d'analyse de données des activités SCOPE du PAM. Cela inclut, sans toutefois s'y limiter, la vérification des doublons et des bénéficiaires existants.
7. Soutenir la mise en œuvre de services de données et d'assistance numérique (DAS) du PAM (Tableau, DOTS, SCOPE, School Connect, Partner Connect, Last miles, Digital Do It Yourself et autres).
8. Aider à la préparation de l'équipement et des logiciels DAS pour les activités d'enregistrement et de distribution aux bénéficiaires et participer aux enregistrements et distributions ainsi qu'à la formation, si nécessaire.
9.Effectuez toute autre tâche requise liée à cette fonction.
Qualifications& Experience Requise:
Education: Diplôme d'études secondaires. Un diplôme universitaire en économie, statistiques, technologies de l'information, gestion des données, gestion de l'information ou dans une autre discipline pertinente est un avantage .
Experience: 4 ans ou plus d'expérience professionnelle progressive pertinente dans l'analyse et la visualisation de données, la gestion des données, la gestion de l'information, les systèmes d'information, la cartographie GIS.
Connaissance & Competences: Expérience avérée de travail dans un environnement analytique chargé. Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale, y compris des compétences approfondies en rédaction de rapports. Expérience de travail avec des équipes et des processus d'équipe. Capacité à travailler dans des environnements multiculturels et multiethniques. Le candidat doit démontrer de bonnes compétences en analyse de données. La connaissance de Tableau Software est un atout.
Languages: La maîtrise de la langue française et des connaissances intermédiairesde l' anglais sont requises.
