PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive) :

Le titulaire du poste sera en charge de fournir le support aux utilisateurs dans le domaine des services informatique ;

Sous la responsabilité administrative du Chef de Bureau et la supervision technique du responsable de l’unité IT. Il/elle assumera les fonctions suivantes :

  • Coordonner l’installation et la maintenance de l’infrastructure et des services IT pour rendre effective leur bonne marche·
  • Assurer le contrôle des accès et la maintenance des équipements afin que le personnel soit bien équipé pour leur travail.
  • Au besoin organiser des séances de formation pour s’assurer d’un usage optimal des outils et des systèmes en service.
  • Aider à la préparation de documentations et guide pour l’utilisation des services.
  • Analyser et proposer des solutions pour l’amélioration des services et des procédures en place Coordonner avec tous les partenaires pour adhérer aux consignes de sécurité.
  • Produire les rapports définis dans le cadre de la gestion des opérations
  • Maintenir l’inventaire et assurer la maintenance régulière des équipements, faire des recommandations dans le cadre de l’amélioration des services
  • Suivre les procédures d’urgence en vigueur afin de faciliter les opérations du PAM dans le cadre de l’urgence et des condition particulière de sécurité
  • Assurer toutes tâches complémentaires IT en support des opérations du PAM.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPERIENCE REQUISES:

Formation:

Niveau universitaire et diverses formations techniques dans les domaines Informatique et télécommunications.

Experience souhaitée:

Gestion et administration des systèmes d’exploitation.

Au moins quatre années d’expériences professionnelles à des niveaux de responsabilité de plus en plus élevés dans le domaine des technologies de l’information et télécommunication (souhaitable). Plus précisément, expérience en matière d’installation et de dépannage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VSAT et PABX, administration de système de messagerie Exchange Server, prise en charge des applications de bureau Office 365, infrastructure Microsoft Active Directory, assistance informatique et gestion des actifs informatiques

Connaissances et compétences:

Comprendre les aspects techniques de ton propre travail et les appliquer de manière complète et systématique pour analyser les problèmes techniques des clients et offrir des conseils et/ou des solutions à valeur ajoutée ;

Comprendre et suivre le normes et protocoles établis pour l’excellence du service dans son propre domaine afin de maintenir la qualité de la livraison et la satisfaction du client ;

Démontrer une compréhension pratique du matériel des logiciels des serveurs et de la gestion réseau existants pour résoudre les problèmes courants d’utilisateurs et des outils.

Maitrise de toutes applications de MS Office 365 et autres outils de productivité.

Connaissances linguistiques:

- La maitrise du Français oral et écrit est obligatoire.

- La connaissance de l'Anglais est nécessaire.

- La connaissance de la langue locale de la zone est un atout.
