CTG is looking for a qualified ICT Administration / Training Support for our operations. This role is being advertised for talent pool building purposes, once the project goes live, only those candidates that are shortlisted will be contacted.
Role objectivesUnder the overall supervision of the FTS Manager & the direct supervision of the immediate supervisor, the selected candidate’s tasks may consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Provide confidential reports of user call activities to UN investigative offices as requested.
Perform business & data analysis.
Aid in formulating reports through MS Office applications.
Support & assist with e-billing related issues.
Act as a centralized customer interface for e-billing system technical issues.
Provide technical service to mission's telephone billing focal persons.
Identify technical issues & system bugs, escalating them to the next level.
Analyze & create change requests to fulfill mission requirements.
Verify & upload billing data in the e-billing application.
Provide accurate reports leading to the recovery of costs from non official use of communication services.
Handle telephone billing related user queries.
Review official calls for anomalies & reimbursement requests.
Maintain databases of users of various communication asset types.
Advise on the use of tables, illustrations, text boxes, footnotes & annexes for consistency in data presentation.
Lead the core proposal development team in proactive planning.
Develop communication materials like media commentaries, blogs, presentations, newsletters, website content, social media posts & learning tools.
Craft headlines, titles & subtitles & produce creative visual assets like infographics & animations.
Update training databases for accuracy in reporting & strategic planning.
Assist the team in preparing courses, visits, logistics & training materials.
Provide support & assistance to colleagues as needed.
This role reports to the immediate Superior & the FTS Manager.
Key competenciesHigh school diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in administration, ICT operational support services & training support, as well as experience related to assets, telephone billing & communications.
Proven communication skills, including preparing a range of reports & communications & conducting presentations.
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to establish & maintain effective working relations in a multi cultural, multi ethnic environment with sensitivity & respect for diversity.
Minimum of 5 years of international experience in any country.
Fluency in English, both written & oral, is required.
This role has no team management responsibility.
