The objectives of the work are to support the Principal Coordinator of the SPP OEWG Secretariat by assisting in the delivery of outputs as outlined above.

Duties and Responsibilities
Specific tasks 1. Review of relevant documents for the OEWG 3.2, Intergovernmental Meetings and 1st Governing Body meeting of the Panel 2. Delivery of the OEWG 3.2 Bureau meeting 3. Technical support during the OEWG 3.2 and Intergovernmental Meeting
Qualifications/special skills
• Academic Advanced university degree in a field related to international assessments, policy and governance, communications, economics, natural sciences. • Professional Experience At least 12 years of working experience in international assessments. Awareness of multi-lateral process is required. Experience in intergovernmental processes is required. • Special skills/knowledge Speaks and writes clearly and effectively; listens to others, correctly interprets messages from others and respond appropriately; asks questions to clarify, and exhibits interest in having two-way communication; considers all those to whom services are provided to be “clients” and seeks to see things from the clients’ point of view; establishes and maintains productive partnerships with clients by gaining their trust and respect; works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals; solicits input by genuinely valuing others'’ ideas and expertise; is willing to learn from others; places team agenda before personal agenda; supports and acts in accordance with final group decision, even when such decisions may not entirely reflect own position; shares credit for team accomplishments and accepts joint responsibility for team shortcomings.
