- OBJET DU POSTE : Coordonner et contrôler une gamme complète de services d'appui aux entreprises pour un domaine professionnel spécifique, afin de garantir l'efficacité des services fournis.

- PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS (non exhaustives) :
1. Fournir un soutien spécialisé à l'assistant(e) de direction.
2. Préparer et/ou consolider des rapports complets, de la documentation, de la correspondance, des notes d'information, etc. et effectuer des recherches dans le domaine de travail.
3. Rechercher activement et utiliser le retour d'information pour améliorer les processus et les procédures de l'entreprise.
4. Répondre à des questions complexes de soutien aux entreprises afin d'apporter une solution rapide et précise aux demandes des clients.
5. Superviser la tenue des dossiers et des bases de données afin de s'assurer que les informations sont organisées et facilement accessibles pour le personnel et qu'elles sont conformes à toutes les réglementations et politiques pertinentes.
6. Réviser et examiner la correspondance et la documentation, en fournissant un retour d'information et en apportant des modifications le cas échéant, afin de contribuer à la production de ces documents dans le respect des délais et des normes de qualité.
7. Assister les responsables dans la planification, le suivi et le rapprochement du (des) budget(s) afin de garantir l'utilisation efficace des ressources financières prévues.
8. Évaluer et recommander des améliorations aux procédures et pratiques afin de contribuer à la fourniture efficace de services d'appui aux entreprises.
9. Fournir au personnel une gamme complète de services d'appui complexes afin de contribuer au bon fonctionnement des activités de l'entreprise.

10. Fournir des conseils, un soutien et/ou une formation au personnel d'appui subalterne dans le cadre de la fourniture de services d'appui aux entreprises, afin de soutenir leur apprentissage en matière d'appui aux entreprises.
11. Coordonner les tâches des collègues subalternes afin de garantir que les services d'assistance sont fournis de manière cohérente et selon les normes requises.

- QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :
Formation : Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires. Diplôme d'études supérieures dans le domaine fonctionnel concerné.
Expérience : Six années ou plus d'expérience professionnelle progressivement responsable dans le domaine d'activité concerné, avec une expérience du travail administratif général.
Connaissances et compétences :
- Connaissance spécialisée de l'application des processus opérationnels courants, des méthodes pratiques de soutien aux entreprises, des procédures et des systèmes utilisés dans le domaine de travail, acquise grâce à une formation technique et à l'expérience professionnelle.
- Bonnes aptitudes à la communication afin de fournir des services spécialisés d'appui aux entreprises à un large éventail de personnes.
- Capacité à analyser et à interpréter les données financières et à contrôler les budgets.
- Capacité à identifier et à recommander de manière proactive des domaines d'amélioration de la conception et de la fourniture de services spécialisés.
- Aptitude à nouer des relations avec diverses personnes dans l'ensemble des fonctions.
- Expérience de la coordination du travail des autres et de soi-même, ainsi que de la formation et du soutien des autres.
- Aptitude à préserver la confidentialité.

Langue : Agents des services généraux (siège) : Maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau C). La maîtrise (niveau C) ou la connaissance intermédiaire (niveau B) d'une autre langue officielle peut être exigée en fonction de l'emplacement du poste ou de la zone de responsabilité.
Agents des services généraux (hors siège) : Maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite dans la langue de l'ONU utilisée au lieu d'affectation et dans la langue du lieu d'affectation, si elle est différente.
