Housing Institute (Private and Market Housing) Technical Officer Ukraine

The purpose of the Private and Market Housing Technical Officer position is the implementation and management of the private and market housing portfolio within the Housing Institute. The role involves implementation in the review and assessment of existing housing programs and contributing to the development and execution of new private and market housing programs, ensuring alignment with national policies and an area-based approach, with a particular focus on the needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs), conflict-affected persons, and other vulnerable groups.
