HR ICT Advisor
(Netherlands based)
As an HR ICT Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR operations and systems. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to bridge HR expertise with IT solutions, enabling seamless end-to-end HR processes across diverse international contexts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design innovative solutions, and lead their implementation. Main responsibilities

You maintain the overview of the end-to-end HR processes, including in countries of operation, the systems in use, and current wishes and requirements. You are aware of the process changes needed as a result of larger policy/ strategy changes. You translate these insights into a long- term target HR system architecture, together with IT.

You propose improvements to processes and system functionality. You elaborate the agreed improvement plans into requirements, which you realise as part of project teams.

You lead the implementation of new functionality and the associated changes, and you ensure the HR systems, processes and IT architecture are aligned.
Specific tasks

Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain the HR IT architecture.

Draft and present proposals to enhance HR processes and/or system functionalities.

Prioritize and document requirements for new functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs and process improvements in consultation with process owners.

Design and implement end-to-end improvements in HR processes and system functionalities, coordinating updates with vendors as needed.

Represent the HRM department in project teams, leveraging HR expertise to guide outcomes.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance during the implementation of new or updated systems.
Candidate Profile
Experience and Qualifications
-
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
-
Proven experience in HR process optimization and system implementation, ideally in international or multi-country environments.

Strong understanding of HR systems, including architecture, functionality, and integration.
-
Proven experience as test lead during HR systems or ERP implementation.

Demonstrated success in leading or contributing to HR IT digital transformations, from requirement gathering to rollout and change management.

In depth knowledge of process design and optimization. Familiarity with end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.

Experience collaborating with IT teams to align business needs with system capabilities.

Solid vendor management experience, including evaluating and monitoring performance during system updates or new implementations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

We offer
A full-time appointment (based on a 40-hours workweek) for one year with renewal of the contract based on satisfactory performance appraisal.
A gross monthly salary in scale 16 with a current salary range between € 4,085-5,624 gross per month. The exact salary depends on relevant work experience
