Rapid Response Mechanism Coordinator Sudan Port Sudan- Nationals Only

The Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the RRM Consortium implemented by NRC, Save the Children and DRC across Sudan. The position supports the Emergency Response Manager with context monitoring and emergency preparedness, emergency response coordination, and project management. The RRM Coordinator will travel to different field locations, including remote and hard-to-reach locations and must be able to perform to a high standard in challenging and insecure conditions. This is a cross-cutting role that works with technical program teams as well as operational support departments. The RRM Coordinator will ensure effective collaboration among consortium partners, maximizing the impact of humanitarian assistance delivered to communities affected by crises, while ensuring adherence to NRC standards and principles. This position reports to the Emergency Response Manager and is based in Port Sudan with frequent travel to program sites across Sudan.
