The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in driving CTG’s recruitment strategy across global operations. This position will be responsible for sourcing & engaging top talent for permanent staff, overseeing the end to end candidate experience, conducting labour market analysis in challenging regions where CTG operates & maintaining active talent rosters. The role will also involve training & empowering the Rapid Recruitment & Deployment (RRAD) team & Account Managers to drive proactive sourcing & outreach efforts. A key focus will be on promoting gender diversity & inclusion throughout the recruitment process, identifying new sourcing channels, efficient CV screening, testing & interviewing innovative technologies & creating partnerships to attract high quality candidates.
Role objectivesPermanent CTG staff talent acquisition (inward focus):
Proactive sourcing & candidate engagement: Lead the sourcing, engagement & placement of top candidates for permanent staff positions.
Candidate experience & onboarding: Ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to placement, maintaining a high standard of candidate experience & overseeing a comprehensive onboarding process.
Maintain & update active rosters of candidates to ensure readiness for critical CTG permanent staff positions.
Support for Rapid Recruitment & Deployment (RRAD) team (outward focus):
Build & enhance the RRAD team’s skills in proactive sourcing, candidate outreach, local labour market analysis & employer branding.
Identify & evaluate new sourcing channels & strategies, including partnerships with universities & other institutions to expand the talent pools CTG has in the different locations where CTG operates or aims to operate.
In close collaboration with RRAD team, enhance the assessment & screening process by implementing innovative solutions for CV screening, candidate assessments, testing to improve efficiency & effectiveness in the recruitment cycle for outsourced staff.
Employer branding & outreach:
Develop & implement strategies to strengthen CTG's employer brand & attract top talent across various sectors.
Forge partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies & other key organizations to build talent pipelines.
Process improvement & innovation:
Evaluate & assess the effectiveness of current sourcing channels, CTG’s usage of these channels & introduce new innovative methods for talent acquisition.
Research & implement new tools, technologies, AI & methods for candidate screening, assessments & recruitment automation.
Streamline talent acquisition processes by continuously reviewing & optimizing recruitment workflows & processes, ensuring efficiency & compliance.
Collaboration & reporting:
Work closely with the RRAD team, Account Managers & other departments to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Conduct labor market analysis in regions where CTG operates, identifying market trends, salary benchmarks & sourcing challenges.
Ensure that these analyses can be shared with existent & potential clients to demonstrate CTG’s in depth knowledge of the employment market & of the local talents.
Monitor recruitment KPIs & provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges & improvements.
This role reports to the Chief People Officer.
Key competenciesUniversity degree in business management, social sciences, human resources, law, psychology or any related field a minimum 5 years in talent acquisition, with experience in permanent recruitment & supporting fast paced, high volume recruitment teams.
Fluent in English (written & verbal).
Expertise in proactive sourcing, candidate engagement & end to end recruitment management & developing recruitment strategies, including employer branding, university outreach & creating partnerships.
Strong understanding of the talent market, particularly in challenging regions where CTG operates & / or aims to operate.
Ability to innovate & implement new solutions to improve the recruitment process (CV screening, assessments, recruitment automation, etc.).
Strong analytical & reporting skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
This role has no team management responsibility.
