La problématique de la malnutrition au Benin reste très cruciale. En dépit des efforts que le gouvernement béninois et ses partenaires techniques et financiers fournissent, les indicateurs de la nutrition restent très préoccupants. La prévalence du retard de croissance demeure très élevée avec plus de 3 enfants de moins de 5 ans sur dix affectés par le retard de croissance Dans le but d’améliorer la situation alimentaire et nutritionnelle du pays, le gouvernement du Bénin vient d’organiser un Forum National sur la Nutrition de haut niveau qui a réuni plus de 300 acteurs, dont des membres des institutions gouvernementales et des collectivités locales et des élus locaux, des représentants des organisations internationales, des organisations non gouvernementales (ONG), de la société civile et du secteur privé.
L’UNICEF Benin s’est engagé à appuyer le gouvernement à travers entre autres des assistances techniques pour l’organisation du Forum et le projet a proprement parle. C’est dans ce cadre qu’il s’est avere nécessaire de recruter un staff additionnel au sein de l’équipe des RHs pour appuyer les recrutements des appuis techniques en support a la vision du Gouvernement.
How can you make a difference?
Sous la direction de la Spécialiste en Ressources Humaines, l’occupant(e) du poste va se focaliser sur les recrutements des consultants pour permettre aux sections et particulièrement à la section Survie d’apporter un appui technique dans les délais.
Support au recrutement et au placement
- Préparer et diffuser des annonces internes et externes.
- Assurer la liaison avec les candidats aux différents stades du processus de recrutement.
- Préparer les lettres officielles d'accusé de réception, d'offre et de refus.
- Initier et assurer le suivi des contrôles de références et des vérifications académiques, et veiller à l'achèvement d'autres contrôles d'antécédents.
- Suivre le cycle de vie du processus de recrutement et informer le superviseur si nécessaire.
Support au traitement des droits et des prestations
- En consultation avec le superviseur, analyser, rechercher, vérifier et compiler des données et des informations sur les cas qui ne sont pas conformes aux règles et règlements des Nations unies ou de l'UNICEF en matière de ressources humaines, afin de soutenir l'application cohérente et équitable des décisions et la mise en œuvre des mesures convenues.
- En consultation avec le superviseur, analyser, rechercher et vérifier les informations afin de répondre aux demandes du personnel dans les domaines liés aux prestations et aux droits.
- Initier le traitement d'un large éventail de mesures relatives au personnel conformément aux règles et règlements de l'UNICEF, en veillant à ce que tous les formulaires et mesures pertinents soient remplis par le personnel et transmis au GSSC.
- Tenir et préparer tous les registres et dossiers relatifs au personnel, en veillant à ce que toutes les informations concernant chaque membre du personnel soient à jour et exactes.

Minimum requirements:
- Education: Diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire, complété de préférence par des cours techniques ou universitaires en rapport avec le travail de l'organisation.
- Work Experience: Un minimum de 6 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'administration ou du travail de bureau, avec des responsabilités croissantes, est requis.
- Skills :
Connaissance approfondie des principes, règles, réglementations et procédures en matière de ressources humaines au sein des Nations unies.
Maîtrise de l'informatique et capacité à utiliser efficacement les logiciels de bureautique standard, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances et compétences dans l'utilisation des systèmes de gestion des ressources humaines.
Capacité à extraire et à formater des données et à résoudre des problèmes opérationnels.
Capacité à organiser son propre travail, à fixer des priorités et à respecter les délais.
- Language Requirements:Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance pratique de l'anglais
Desirables:
- Expérience professionnelle dans les pays en développement et/ou connaissance des situations d'urgence.
