To reinforce our Cameroon Country Office team we are looking for a programme Intern. The position is a position with 40h/week. This position is only filled locally with contractual conditions of Cameroon. An expatriation is not intended.

These are your responsibilities
- Support and participate in external activities and evaluations, including terms of reference (ToR) development, evaluation of consultants, and make recommendations for decision-making.
- Contribute in the consolidation of partners Detailled Implementation Plans.
- Asssit in the field implementation of activities to support partners.
- Schedule external activities and evaluations, including ToRs development, evaluation coordination.
- Support the program team in the coordination of programmes in close co-operation with the partner organisations.
- Contribute to the identification and proposal of capacity development needs and activities with CBM partners and team.
- Work with the team to ensure documentation of programme learning initiatives and outcomes.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
- Support in the arrangement of logistics for trips, meetings, evaluations and learning events at office and field, among partners organisations when required.
These are your qualifications
Essential Requirements
- A Master degree in a relevant field (Program Management , Project Management, Development studies, Monitoring and Evaluation Studies) obtained after January 2023.
- 0-1 year of verifiable experience in a similar role or in an office environment. Any verifiable prior experience in an INGO is of added advantage.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise work, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to perform all tasks and handle information in a confidential manner.
- English or French professional proficiency
- Computer literacy and competencies in MS Office package, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to commit and adhere to CBM’s values and Child Safeguarding Policies.
