Overview of position

Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Assistant and Overall supervision of the Procurement & Logistics Officer the incumbent will perform the following tasks:

Role objectives

1- Ensures that all the IOM Libya Mission, Tripoli premises are kept clean and tidy condition.

2- Keeps clean all corridors, stairs, walkways, gardens, toilets and as may be necessary the surrounding area of the IOM Libya Mission, Tripoli office.

3- Monitor the supplies and condition of consumable cleaning tools and materials and report to the Administrative Assistant on needed supplies and replenishments.

4- Reports to the person in charge of maintenance any problems with the fittings in bathrooms, toilets, public areas, etc.

5- Check and clean all program stocks of visibility materials/archives at least once a month and ensure that all goods are in good condition, and report back on status to the Administrative Assistant.

6- Verifies that cleaning effected is up to proper standards and liaises with the administrative assistant concerning scheduling of tasks.

7- Any other duty within the incumbent’s capabilities as assigned by the Administrative Assistant.
