Job Description
Under the overall supervision of the Head of Protection (PXD) Unit, and direct supervision of the National Programme Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting day to day implementation of project activities under the portfolio of the Protection Unit and required to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Political or Social Sciences, or Social Work, or related field from an accredited academic institution and four years of work experience.
Experience:
- Experience in the field of migration, IDP and refugee assistance and protection (including specific experience on Protection)
- Relevant experience, preferably in project Management and/or Migrant Protection and Assistance;
- Good knowledge of Human Rights and Protection; Knowledge of Counter-Trafficking is an advantage.
- Proven ability to maintain strong working relations with relevant Government counter-parts, international organizations and private sector entities;
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office application, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Previous work experience in international organization is advantageous
SKILLS:
- Strong communication skills and ability to draft clearly and concisely;
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team (strong task management).
Languages:
For this position, fluency in English and Bangla is required (oral and written).
