Overview of positionOur client's Libya Country Office is committed to ensuring that essential supplies and services reach children and communities efficiently and effectively. As supply operations continue to expand to meet both humanitarian and development needs, additional support is required to ensure smooth day-to-day processes. The objective of this role is to provide administrative and logistical assistance to the Supply and Logistics team, supporting activities such as bid management, shipment follow-ups, customs clearance coordination, and documentation. This ensures that supply processes remain well-organized, compliant, and responsive to programmatic requirements.
Role objectivesUnder the supervision of Supply and LogisticsSeniorAssociate supervisor based in Tripoli, the consultant will provide administrative and technical support in:
The supply & logistics assistance will be required to daily/weekly and ad -hoc reports are quired by the supervisor and Our client's Supply & Logistic Officer
