1. Maintenance of the IMO Compendium on Facilitation and Electronic Business, including participation in modeling meetings of data sets.
2. Preparation of documents for EGDH and FAL meetings.
3. Preparation of briefs, notes, documents and reports; and the review and preparation of manuals and guidelines for publication.
4. Provide technical expertise and assistance to the work of the Organization related to global port administration issues, including liaison with Member States, NGOs and IGOs, industry stakeholders and port authorities, as applicable.
5. Participation in technical co-operation activities and projects related to port management and facilitation of international maritime traffic, including supporting the organization of missions and consultancies, and participation in meetings, workshops, seminars and training courses, delivered under the auspices of IMO's Integrated Technical Cooperation Programme.
6. Oversee the regular updating and maintenance of the relevant sections of the IMO website.
7. Act on behalf of the Organization at outside meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and similar events, including preparation of lectures and technical papers, as directed.
8. Undertake such other duties connected to the work of the Organization as may be assigned.
