IT Providers Manager

The Information Technology Division is seeking an IT Providers Manager to support managing the quality of services and reduce the risk of non-compliance across all outsourced IT activities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of the Information Technology Division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of supplier risks across all outsourced IT activities (software, hardware, services), in close collaboration with the IT operational teams, through:

Supporting IT operational team in contracting with suppliers, in particular on the definition and monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs) during the implementation phases as well as maintenance in operational condition.

- Monitoring of the technological trends of the perimeters covered by the Bank’s critical suppliers, in particular to limit the risk of vendor lock-in, anticipate obsolescence and monitor product roadmaps.
- Follow-up of the outsourced essential services during their execution and the remediation plan identified in the context of service quality management, audits or compliance assessments.
- Ensuring control of IT licensing and compliance between actual use and contractual commitments.
- Production of supplier declarations, particularly those related to publishers, integrators, manufacturers and consulting firms.

Production of IT supplier evaluation reports in collaboration with the Procurement teams.
- Driving proactive initiatives to identify and recommend ways of optimising licensing, in terms of both economic and technical aspects.
PROFILE
Academic background:
- An advanced university degree in computing engineering, risk management or law (5 years of post-secondary education or equivalent).
Professional background:
- Experience in IT supplier management, software compliance or contract management in a technological context would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across IT, purchasing, legal and business teams.
- Expertise in IT governance, software compliance (SAM/ITAM), contract management and publisher audits.
Language skills:
- Excellent command of one of the two CEB official languages (English and French), both oral and written, and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
1) The CEB offers an initial 4-year appointment (including a one-year probationary period) with the possibility of renewal one or more times up to six years and of conversion into an indefinite-term contract.
2) Grade and salary:
- B5/A2
- Depending on level of experience, monthly salary range starts between EUR 5,786 and EUR 7,517, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
- Appointment may be made at a lower grade, based on the qualifications and professional experience of the selected applicant.
- Grades are established without any discrimination (including gender discrimination)

As an international financial institution, CEB remuneration is exempt of income tax in France. In addition, our offer includes allowances* and medical and personal insurance. staff members benefit from a contributory pension plan which provides them with either a pension or a leaving allowance.
