IFC’s Treasury Client Solutions Department is a client-facing transaction-structuring and execution team that provides IFC’s clients with innovative fixed-income solutions. The group has global responsibility for derivative transactions, structured products, local currency solutions, debt capital markets solutions and asset liability management of the market-funded balance sheet.

IFC is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated finance professional to join the Treasury Client Solutions (TCS) Department in Washington D.C. focusing on automation of processes pertaining to the asset liability management of IFC’s market-funded balance sheet.

Duties and Accountabilities:

• Analyze processes around asset liability management that are prime for automation; Ability to use artificial intelligence related models such as large language models to enable such automation is encouraged;

• Read legacy documents to extract relevant information for trading and hedging activities in an automated way;

• Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues related to systems, databases or programs as they relate to automation projects;

• Work closely with other Treasury units to ensure the delivery of the required analytical and ALM-related outputs, reports and documents to help prepare for trader review and action in an accurate and efficient manner;

• Collaborate with the senior staff in streamlining and improving the overall ALM processes, various reporting and data analytics needs as well as overall business functions performed by Treasury Client Solutions Department.
