Functional Responsibilities
The Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst for Outreach Activities is expected to play a key role in ensuring the visibility, coherence, and impact of communication and outreach activities implemented under project’s Result 4 which focuses on communicating the effects of the EU accession process to the public. The Analyst will be responsible for tracking outreach and grant-supported activities, supporting coordination with MEA and partners, collecting and analysing outreach data, and ensuring the effective dissemination of messages related to EU integration. In particular, the Analyst will undertake the following activities/responsibilities:

Lead on monitoring and assessment of Project's progress and performance, while focusing on Result 4 outcomes and other areas identified by the PM

Contribute to documentation of Project results, including preparation of reports, facts sheets, success stories, briefings, and media materials

Design and conduct surveys, interviews or other data collection methods to assess the Project's results

Produce analysis and develop effective visual presentation of Project’s performance.

Contribute to Project’s communication activities

Ensure the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) mainstreaming in outreach planning and monitoring
Education/Experience/Language requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Public or Business Administration, Economics, Public Relations, Social or Development Studies, or a related field is required.
- Master Degree in relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
- Minimum of two years of experience in implementation and/or monitoring community outreach activities preferably within a UN system, international organization, or government institution is required.
- A proven track record of working on EU-related initiatives or on outreach activities funded by SIDA or SDC is an asset.
- Strong understanding of North Macedonia’s EU integration process and institutional framework would be an asset.
- Fluency in Macedonian and English (speaking, reading and writing) is required
- Knowledge of Albanian is an asset
