ANTECEDENTES Y PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO
El Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP, por sus siglas en inglés) es la organización humanitaria líder que salva vidas y cambia vidas, brindando asistencia alimentaria en emergencias y trabajando con las comunidades para mejorar la nutrición y crear resiliencia, asistiendo cada año a 97 millones de personas en 88 países. En Venezuela WFP brinda asistencia alimentaria a más de 800,000 personas, mayormente a través de un programa de comidas escolares.
El/la Oficial de Alianzas tiene el rol de contribuir al posicionamiento de WFP ante aliados públicos y privados, incluyendo donantes, que aporten a la labor de WFP con recursos financieros e iniciativas innovadoras para impulsar la seguridad alimentaria y la nutrición en el país.
RESPONSABILIDADES
1. Contribuir a fortalecer e implementar la Estrategia de Alianzas de WFP en Venezuela, contribuyendo proactivamente a enriquecer el portafolio de relaciones dentro y fuera del país.
2. Contribuir al mapeo de oportunidades de posicionamiento y alianzas con contrapartes nacionales, que contribuyan a fortalecer los programas nacionales basados en alimentos.
3. Sostener una relación y dialogo fluidos con oficiales de alianzas a nivel regional y en la sede, para mantener una visión actualizada de tendencias, oportunidades e iniciativas en materia de movilización de recursos y posicionamiento estratégico, que puedan ser relevantes para la oficina de pais.
4. Contribuir a la preparación de propuestas para la movilización de recursos financieros, en apoyo a la misión de WFP en Venezuela. Facilitar el diálogo entre distintas unidades funcionales para construir propuestas sólidas y relevantes.
5. Elaborar informes y reportes rigurosos para los distintos aliados, que facilite la transparencia, la rendición de cuentas y la construcción de confianza.
6. Recopilar y presentar datos/información interna y externa sobre las distintas alianzas y contribuciones que recibe WFP de los distintos aliados, utilizando sistemas como Salesforce y Factory.
7. Contribuir a la correcta planificación y uso de los recursos financieros según los acuerdos firmados con los distintos donantes.
8. Preparar resúmenes y brief para reuniones de alto nivel. Coordinar encuentros con donantes y aliados, visitas conjuntas a los proyectos, entre otras iniciativas.
9. En el contexto del sistema de las Naciones Unidas y los foros multilaterales, apoyar el desarrollo de asociaciones y actos conjuntos con los Estados miembros, la sociedad civil y las organizaciones intergubernamentales para promover los ODS -específicamente el ODS2, Hambre Cero en la agenda nacional.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS REQUERIDOS
Educación: Título universitario en relaciones internacionales, economía, nutrición/salud, agricultura, ciencias ambientales, ciencias sociales, comunicación u otro campo relevante para la asistencia para el desarrollo internacional.
Experiencia: Experiencia en el manejo de procesos de movilización de recursos, negociación de términos de contratos y asesoramiento sobre recursos a los altos directivos, apoyo en la creación de materiales informativos y de difusión externa.
Competencias:
- Manejo de sistemas y programas (excel, adobe, etc), deseable.
- Habilidades de coordinación y diálogo con equipos multifuncionales.
- Capacidad para trabajar con tiempos de entrega limitados y adaptarse a cambios
Idiomas: Dominio avanzado de español e inglés, tanto escrito como oral.
