Job Description:

As a Virtual Customer Assistant at WPACES, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' academic journey. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients via virtual communication platforms such as email, chat, and phone. You will work closely with our team of educational consultants to ensure that our students receive the best possible experience.

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and friendly responses to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone

- Assist with registration and enrollment processes for our programs and services

- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple client inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses

- Communicate with students and parents to gather necessary information and assist with problem-solving

- Serve as a liaison between clients and our team of educational consultants, ensuring smooth and efficient communication

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual setting

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with virtual communication platforms

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for helping students and making a positive impact in their lives

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
