ADB’s Human Resources Business Partners Division (BPHP) is excited to announce an upcoming visit to Tokyo, Japan, from June 28 to July 1, 2025. During this visit, participants will have the opportunity to participate in individual Career Guidance sessions with ADB recruiters, focused on enhancing their interview skills and providing insights into the wide range of career opportunities available at ADB. The sessions will be held on June 30, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM and July 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Japan Representative Office (JRO).
Please note that the sessions are not intended to match participants with specific roles, but rather to support their overall professional development and potential positions in the future.

Qualifications
Relevant Experience & Requirements
ADB seeks talent who embraces our mission to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. We seek participants who have:
- A Master’s degree in relevant fields or a University degree in related fields, combined with additional relevant professional experience
- At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ideally with international experience working in several countries
