This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to grow with a purpose-led nonprofit, take ownership of donor development, and shape the future of youth-centered initiatives in Ukraine and beyond.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and execution of a fundraising strategy that supports our mission and programs

• Cultivate relationships with individual donors, foundations, and aligned institutions

• Represent the organization in outreach to networks and partners

• Research and vet grant opportunities; contribute to crafting high-impact proposals

• Manage a growing portfolio of donors through consistent communication and stewardship

• Collaborate on fundraising campaigns, events, and storytelling efforts

• Maintain accurate donor data and report on fundraising performance

• Take initiative on emerging development tasks in a fast-paced nonprofit startup setting

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in fundraising — in Ukraine or internationally

• Self-starter mindset: you learn fast, adapt quickly, and take initiative

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfort with working remotely and independently as part of a collaborative team

• Bonus: knowledge of donor landscapes in Eastern Europe, youth or civic initiatives
