Overview of positionCTG is looking for candidates whose experience match the below TOR.
Role objectivesDescription of tasks include but are not limited to:
The ISR Technician (Camera)is responsible for the operation of the cameras & collected actionable intelligence for the uniform service.
Experience in using analytical functions in PTZ camera operation software to detect intrusion & monitor alerts.
Experience in working in a multi cultural environment specifically with uniformed personnel in the mission control room is desirable.
Ability to prepare incident reports & daily shift reports factually & accurately from surveillance camera observation & upload them in SharePoint.
Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 shift as planned on the roster.
Ability to identify & escalate equipment malfunctions & problems to the concerned unit for resolution.
Collaborating with the JTFB Duty Officers & the Radio Operators to escalate suspicious activities observed in camera.
Experience in filtering & analyzing video footage & photos from incidents recorded.
Experience in using Adobe Rush for video editing & Adobe Photoshop is desirable.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
This role reports to the line manager.
Key competenciesHigher secondary or diploma is required, a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing & operating PTZ surveillance camera systems like avigilon system, preferably in command & control room.
Experience in avigilon solution for camera is advantageous.
Fluency in English is essential & French is desirable.
Driving license suitable to drive 4 x 4 vehicles.
This role has no team management responsibility.
