Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

Assist in the administrative, operational and logistical implementation of the project “action weeks against human trafficking” 

Participate in regular meetings with project management team, steering committee, as well as wider stakeholders, and provide them with updates on work in progress, work accomplished and any issues that arise; 

Provide administrative support in the drafting of documents; 

Provide logistical support for the organization and implementation of events during the CT-Weeks 2025; 

Support the coordination and the implementation of all activities related to the IOM event organized during the CT-Weeks 2025;  

Liaise with and support of implementing partners of activities during CT-Weeks 2025; 

Assist in communication activities with a strong focus on social media and website management / update;  

Assist in general reporting activities, preparing and collecting statistical information 

Assist in the operational activities (Assisted voluntary return and reintegration) for victims of human trafficking and other vulnerable migrants; 

Assist in information collection, gathering and compilation in the field of human trafficking; 

Support the Senior project assistant for any task related to the management of the team of return counselors (preparation of in-person meeting , NFF, presentation, coordination of joint answers etc.). 

Perform other duties as may be assigned. 

 

Responsibilities

Qualifications

University degree (Bachelors) in International Administration/ Relations, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience; or 

Secondary School Certificate in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience. 

Experience in the field of combating human trafficking and/or communication or prevention campaigns. 

Experience in organizing events.
