- Ensure adherence to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements.
- Implement the WASH activities according to strategy, proposals, budgets, and plans.
- Prepare periodic status reports and other documents as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing of documents.
- Implementation of detailed project work plan.
- Coordinate with relevant partners and all relevant stakeholders in the field.
- Ensure that procurement, development and distribution of materials and equipment are timely and according to procedures.
- Train and develop capacity if implementation team in the field.
- Promote and share ideas for technical improvements to improve the quality of the activities.
- Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need and explore and assess new and better ways to assist.
- Contribute to organizational learning through the provision of specific technical analysis, lessons learned and reports
