The individual contractor will help UNCTAD ASYCUDA central team in development and testing of new digital platform components.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the project officer of UNCTAD / DTL / ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the individual contractor will implement the following duties : - Assist in Warehouse API Development. - Assist in the development of import and export procedures - Improve and Design Printed Forms. - Assist in Declaration Data Structure Updates. - Facilitate Catalogs Module Updates and Development for Georgian Requirements. - Optimize and Update Dashboard API. - Assist in Reports Development. - Continue assisting to ASYCUDA team in finetuning and further deployment of the developed components

Qualifications/special skills

First university degree, Bachelor, in information technology, engineering, mathematics or related area is required. At least 2 years of working experience in ICT sector as front-end developer of software applications is required. 2 years of working experience of development ICT applications in Java/JavaScript programming language is required. Knowledge of database information system will be considered is desirable. Experience of work for international organization is desirable

Languages

Fluency written and oral in English is required.
