Functional Responsibilities
The Project Management Support - Senior Assistant (Knowledge Management) (PMSSA-KM) will work under the guidance and supervision of the Project Management Support Officer for Behavior Change and Awareness Campaign (PMSO-BCAC). S/he will assist in developing and implementing the EU GOJUST’s publication materials, which include preparing a wide range of written and graphic materials, concept papers and presentation templates, social media postings, and audio/video materials for local and international audiences. Key responsibilities of this position also include supporting the layout, uploading, and maintenance of access to knowledge products for the program, as well as ensuring that branding and visibility guidelines are incorporated in all knowledge products and publication materials.
The Project Management Support - Senior Assistant (Knowledge Management) will be performing the following detailed tasks and duties:- Knowledge Management Assistance

- Logistics and Operations Assistance
1) Knowledge Management Assistance:

Support the regular (quarterly) consolidation, classification, enhancement, databasing, and archiving of all knowledge products developed with support from EU-GOJUST;

Support the review of the knowledge products brand and visibility compliance in accordance with the approved guidelines of the Donor and UNOPS, and make necessary corrections as directed by the Senior Project Manager and PMS -Officer (BCAC);

Apply graphics and layout to knowledge products in a manner consistent with the approved EU GOJUST brand and style guidelines;

Support the monitoring and reporting of access, use, and dissemination of knowledge products.
2) Publication Materials Development Assistance:

Provide routine assistance in the development of publication materials (audio-visual, web and print) in consultation with project staff;

Assist in the development of presentations, news releases, and publications relevant to the organization of meetings and workshops, including minutes of the meeting, workshop reports, and briefings, and project-related publication materials templates;

Provide support in improving the correct use of the EU GOJUST project brand on audio-visual, web and print content;

Assist in the development of a common brand identity for EU GOJUST2 Project across all communication channels;

Support the development of video tutorials and other audio-video materials that are part of the overall approved Behavior Change and Awareness Campaign Plan;

Assist in preparing well-expressed, well-designed, and accurate articles with the help of practical concepts and approaches.
3) Content Management Support:

Continuous maintenance of the communication and knowledge management-related archive, document databases (share-drive and online), including: GOJUST databases, OneUNOPS platform, ensuring that the content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date;

Maintenance of EU-GOJUST presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and the EU-GoJUST website; This also includes crossposting approved content in UNOPS, UN and partner social media channels, as directed by the PMSA-BCAC and the Senior Project Manager;

Continuous maintenance of the project photo archive and selection of appropriate graphics/images for inclusion with written content;

Assist in the maintenance of the project by ensuring that all published content is kept accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
4) Logistics and Operations Assistance:

Assist the PMS - Officer (BCAC) in logistics and operational requirements to implement planned training/workshops, meetings, campaign events, and other local/national campaign events;

Assist the project team in organizing major events that promote the EU GOJUST to stakeholders and partners, as requested by the Project Manager;

Assist in fulfilling the overall logistics and operational requirements in accordance with UNOPS policy and procedures.
Education/Experience/Language requirements
Education:
-
Secondary school education is required.
-
A university degree (Bachelor's or Master’s degree) in communications, media relations, visual communications/graphics, or a relevant discipline is an asset, and may substitute for some of the required years of experience.

Certification in audio-visual courses, applications related to publication materials development, graphics courses, or similar courses is desirable.
-
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in communication, behavior change campaigns, media, or journalism, with a secondary/high school education, is required.

Experience in developing and producing high-quality publication materials (audio-visual, communication, educational, etc.) is a distinctive asset.
-
Experience working on development projects such as justice sector reform and similar projects is an advantage.

Experience working with Social Behavioural Change Communication or social marketing in the context of social development projects/ programs is an asset.
-
Experience in producing analytical reports and communications products is an asset.
-
Experience in developing and managing databases (in house database or online) is an asset.

Experience in working with the UN is an advantage.
Language Requirements:

Full working knowledge of English is required.

Fluency in both written and spoken Tagalog is required.
-
Knowledge of one major regional dialect will be an advantage.
