Responsabilidades principales:

Niveloperativo

EltransportesegurodelpersonaldelIRC,segúnlasnormasgeneralesdeconducciónybajoloslímitesdevelocidaddefinidosporlaorganización.
DarestrictocumplimientodelaspolíticasyprocedimientosdevehículosdelIRC,incluidoelusodecinturonesdeseguridadporpartedetodoslospasajeros.
Diligenciardiariamente la hoja deregistrodelvehículo.
Hacerlosreportesdeseguridaddurantelosviajesensegúnlosprocedimientosdeseguridaddelaorganización.
Realizar seguimientoa losmantenimientosdelvehículo y elconsumo decombustible.
Mantenerelvehículolimpioymecánicamenteen buenas condiciones.
Revisarydarseguimientoal materialde visibilidad propio delvehículo.
Reportarcualquierdesviación delapolíticade vehículosdeIRC asusupervisordirecto.
Apoyarlagestiónlogísticade laoficinade campo.
Hacerseguimientoalestadodelasvíasenlaszonasdeintervencióndelosproyectosyreportaraloficialdeaccesoyseguridadsituacionesqueafectenlamovilidad.

ApoyaractividadeslogísticasyadministrativaspropiasdelaimplementacióndelosproyectosdeIRCenNortedeSantander.
Verificarquelosreportesdedesplazamiento,exoneraciones,condicionesdelvehículoygastosmensualesconcuerdenentrelaversiónfísicaylosformatosdigitales.
Diligenciarlasbitácorassegúnlasmisionesaprobadasporlacoordinaciónylosdesplazamientosdelvehículo.
Darapoyoenelalistamientodelasmisiones(preparaciónyordenamientodematerialesyrefrigerios,entreotros).
Manteneractualizadoelinventariodevisibilidadeinsumos,conelacompañamientodelauxiliardecadenadesuministros.
Otras que seestablezcandurantelaejecución delcontrato.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requisitos:

Técnicoy/obachillerdeseableconcertificacionesenentrenamientoparaelmanejodevehículos4x4.
Mínimo2añosdeexperiencialaboral.
ExperienciademanejoconotrasONG’soentidadesdeayudahumanitaria(deseable).
Licenciadeconducirvigente.
Conocimientoenmecánicabásicadevehículos,seguridadynormasviales.
Notenermultasoinhabilidadesrelacionadasconelmanejodevehículos.
Tenerexperienciayhabilidadesenrutinademantenimientodevehículosyreparosmínimos.
Comprenderlosprincipioshumanitarios,elcódigodeconductayeltrabajoespecíficodelsubsectorrelacionadoconelcontextodecampoyoperacionesdelasONG.
