Medair is seeking an external consultant to conduct the analysis and reporting of a Knowledge, Practices, and Coverage (KPC) survey to assess the impact of its ongoing health and psychosocial support interventions. The KPC survey is a community-based tool commonly used in Public Health to evaluate knowledge, practices, and coverage, particularly in maternal and child health.

The survey will be conducted in Lebanon to evaluate outcomes related to health, mental health, psychosocial support activities, and gender. The findings will support Medair and its partners in measuring progress towards project indicators, strengthening accountability, and identifying lessons learned to inform future programming.

The geographic scope of the survey includes the Bekaa, Baalbek-Hermel and Mount Lebanon (ML) governorates.

Interested consultants should submit their proposals before 6 September 2025 to procurement@medair.org to receive the full ToR and include:

  1. Proof of consultant’s company / self-employment registration including valid address
  2. Copy of valid health insurance
  3. Banking details
