ADB's Human Resources Business Partners Division (BPHP) is excited to announce an upcoming visit to Beijing, People's Republic of China, on 29-30 October 2025. During this visit, we will share ADB's career opportunities and engage with talented individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the region.

We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about contributing to ADB's key areas of development and innovation. Pre-selected candidates will have the opportunity to meet with our team for interviews and career guidance.

Qualifications

Relevant Experience & Requirements

ADB seeks talent who embraces our mission to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. We seek candidates who have:

• Master's degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience for entry-grade roles, 6 years for mid-grade opportunities, and 10 years for senior-grade roles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• International experience working in several countries preferred
