Key Requirements
Indispensable:

Secondary education with technical diploma

At least 2 years of professional experience in one of these areas: mechanics, hydraulics, construction, electrical systems, radio & telecommunications, procurement

Knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in team management and training

Availability for 9–12 months

Your Role
As Logistics Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor all logistics activities in the project, providing technical and organizational support to medical operations. You will ensure project infrastructure, supply chain, and equipment management are implemented according to MSF protocols and standards.
Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to defining operational orientations and project logistics objectives in collaboration with the Project Coordinator and medical team

Prepare monthly reports

Manage project infrastructure: small construction or renovation works, maintenance of functional offices and international staff accommodations

Implement minor water, sanitation, and hygiene activities
-
Select and train logistics staff: guards, drivers, hospital logisticians, hygienists, technicians, mechanics, etc.

Manage project supply chain: stock management, local/international procurement, receipt and storage of materials, transport of goods and staff

Handle project equipment: purchase, installation, maintenance (IT, radiocommunications, vehicles, generators, etc.)

Implement administrative logistics tasks: orders, insurance, vehicle contracts

Define and monitor technical aspects of project risk reduction and safety policies
