At least 2 years of professional experience in HR and/or finance

Your Role
As Human Resources & Finance Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and implement HR, administrative, and financial policies for our projects abroad. Your mission: ensure transparent, reliable, and high-quality information on resource allocation and support the project team in achieving operational goals.
Main Responsibilities:

Analyze and monitor project HR and financial needs, including budget management and fund allocation according to donor contracts

Plan, supervise, and implement HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, staff development, and communication

Prepare annual staffing plans and schedules

Ensure staff recruitment, modifications, and contract terminations comply with local labor laws

Oversee payroll processing for national staff and maintain accurate records

Manage financial workflows: cash, transfers, advances, purchasing, payment approvals, and bank reconciliation

Implement transparent accounting procedures and ensure full documentation

Ensure monthly and annual financial and HR reporting

Manage staff movements and accommodations within the project
Selected candidates will join MSF’s permanent roster and receive assignments on demand. All candidates must complete training on MSF administrative procedures and tools.
