Context

Lead operational planning, monitoring, and reporting across 47 countries and 19 antigens under AMVIRA (Accelerating Malaria Vaccine Introduction and Rollout in Africa) and other new vaccine streams.

Task description

- Develop and maintain a real-time dashboard tracking introduction status across 47 countries and 19 antigens; ensure 100% uptime.
- Produce and circulate weekly country briefs by Monday 10:00 GMT+1 and weekly PowerPoint summaries within 24 hours.
- Deliver operational plans for malaria vaccines within 10 days of start: other antigens
- Draft 4 guidance documents (immunization, safety, data, logistics).
- Implement the Country-Level Transparency and Accountability (CLTA) accountability framework with defined performance indicators.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor

New Vaccines Introduction (NVI) Monthly Report and Coordination Meeting:
- Compile monthly NVI performance report, including analysis of coverage data, supply chain status, and risk communication activities.
- Track readiness status of all the antigens including malaria,
- Mapping of partners by antigen and countries
- Host monthly coordination meeting with Regional Office and country focal points to review progress, discuss challenges, and agree on action points.
