Context

Embedded within the New Vaccines Introduction team to capture, synthesize, and disseminate learning from webinars and partner experiences.

Task description

- Organize the webinars
- Lead quarterly production of the branded VIKESA (Vaccines Introductions Knowledge Exchange Series in Africa) Insights section in the Vaccination Preventable Diseases (VPD) Bulletin.
- Synthesize 52 AMVIRA (Accelerating Malaria Vaccine Introduction and Rollout in Africa) and 40 VIKESA webinar sessions into executive summaries within 5 working days of each session.
- Manage and chapter the VIKESA YouTube repository, ensuring at least 1,000 views per quarter.
- Coordinate expert review panels (3 per year) to validate content within 10 working days.
- Draft 6 thematic newsletters and 12 social media communications; track engagement metrics.


New Vaccines Introduction (NVI) Monthly Report and Coordination Meeting:
- Prepare and present monthly NVI progress report covering dashboard status, country briefs, and key performance indicators.
- Convene monthly coordination meeting with partners to review progress and address bottlenecks.
- Perform any other task as requested by the supervisor.
