VPU Context 

The mission of the Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) Vice Presidential Unit (VPU) is to leverage information and technology as a force multiplier to accelerate, deepen, and sustain development impact. Unit Context 

The ITS Country Engagement unit (ITSCE) delivers digital support for global and country-specific products, supports systems aligned with the new Country Engagement model, and provides geospatial solutions for geo-tagging of projects to improve spatial visibility and impact tracking. It also drives the delivery of AI-powered business solutions to support business priorities and accelerate data-driven decision-making across the institution.  

ITSCE is looking for an experienced Solutions Implementation Lead to support the delivery of the unit’s capital work program on technology solutions tailored to regional and country operations to ensure technological support for regional and country-level strategies.  

Specific Responsibilities 

* Lead product implementation of the following capital assets in the Global and Country Products product line: Country Workspace, Mission Management, Third-Party monitoring, Field data collection, CPF modernization, and CPIA modernization.   

* Plan for strategic technology advisory and support services to business units, enabling the adoption of new business models and the product design of Digital Public Goods. 

* Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from initial solution design through deployment and post-launch support.  

* Bridge the gap between technical development and business requirements, ensuring that software products are successfully delivered and adopted by end users. 

* Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines and deliverables, resolve of technical challenges, and assure that solutions align with both technical requirements and business goals. 

* Work closely with product managers, developers, quality assurance teams, and client stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
