DRC has been responding to various humanitarian crises in Lebanon since 2004, working with Palestinian, Iraqi and Syrian refugees. DRC received registration from the Ministry of Interior in 2011, and since then has focused primarily on responding to the Syrian refugee crisis in Lebanon and the resulting impact on Lebanese host community. DRC Lebanon’s focus is to ensure that we are able to respond to critical emerging humanitarian needs whilst improve the living conditions of displacement-affected populations and contribute to the achievement of durable solutions.   With an annual portfolio of $12million, and with approximately 200+ staff, DRC is focusing its response in protection and economic recovery (Ec-Rec) sector in Bekka, North Lebanon and Beirut. DRC is also contributing to the evidence base and coordination structures in country through our Evidence Generation and referral information management (RIMs) teams. 

 

About the job 

The cleaner is responsible to Ensure that the office and other work areas are clean.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:  

• Sweep the floors and stairs every morning (taking care not to damage electrical equipment on the floor such as UPS, electrical wire etc.).  
• Wash the floors, stairs, and other areas thoroughly at least twice a week.  
• Dust the desks, walls and cupboards every day (taking care not to damage office equipment on the dusted areas);  
• Clean the office sinks, toilets once a day.  
• Clear and dispose of the rubbish from the office at least once a day.  
• Keep the kitchen clean at all times, including cleaning the inside of the fridge once per week.  
• Inform the line manager of any repairs or replacements required of maintenance equipment;  
• Clean the guest house (vacuuming, washing floors, sweeping, clean kitchen, bathroom, etc.) as requested. Complete all cleaning according to attached cleaning check list.  
• Monthly planning of procurement of all cleaning items to be submitted to the line manager (e.g., cleaning fluid, garbage bags, soap, toilet paper, etc.).  
• Make tea or coffee for official meetings/occasions.

نفض الغبار عن المكاتب والجدران والخزائن كل يوم (مع الحرص على عدم إتلاف المعدات المكتبية في المناطق التي يغطيها الغبار)  

تنظيف أحواض المكاتب والمراحيض مرة في اليوم 

ازالة القمامة من المكتب والتخلص منها مرة واحدة على الأقل في اليوم 

الحفاظ على المطبخ نظيفًا في جميع الأوقات ، بما في ذلك تنظيف الثلاجة من الداخل مرة واحدة في الأسبوع 

إبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي إصلاحات أو عمليات استبدال مطلوبة لمعدات الصيانة 

تنظيف دار الضيافة (كنس ، غسل الأرضيات ، تنظيف المطبخ ، الحمام ، إلخ) حسب الطلب. أكمال جميع أعمال التنظيف وفقًا لقائمة فحص التنظيف المرفقة 

التخطيط الشهري لشراء جميع مواد التنظيف و تقديمها إلى المدير المباشر ( سائل التنظيف ، وأكياس القمامة ، والصابون ، وورق التواليت ، وما إلى ذلك) 

تحضير الشاي أو القهوة للاجتماعات / المناسبات الرسمي

  • Fluency in Local language

We offer
